The Guest House is run by Nicky and Mel Anderson, who ensure you a warm
and friendly welcome, your comfort being their prime concern,
whatever the duration of your stay. Good food completes your
holiday - we offer a full English breakfast and an ample five
course evening meal, with seperate tables.
The Guest House has a total  non
smoking policy.
About Us
The Philmore is a detached Guest House in a prime Northside position,
near Peasholm Park. All our bedrooms have private facilities and
include.

With full central heating you can be sure
of warmth and comfort whatever the weather.
A ground floor bedroom is available although
not suitable for wheelchairs, it has become popular with guests
who find stairs a problem.

There is a £5 supplement per room when staying only one night.
